These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and pn999 governing your use of the platform, your account, all betting and gaming activity, bonus participation, payments and any other services offered through pn999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between pn999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the individual accessing or using the pn999 platform at pn999.app ("you", "the Player", "the User"). Each player may hold one pn999 account only. If you already hold a pn999 account, you are strictly prohibited from registering any additional account. Duplicate accounts will be identified, closed and any balances may be forfeited at the discretion of pn999.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out from your pn999 account will be treated as having been conducted by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pn999 immediately at [email protected]. pn999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the account while the matter is resolved.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details — including your email address, phone number and registered address — are kept accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain current contact details may affect pn999's ability to reach you regarding account matters, including security alerts, verification requests and promotional notifications.
pn999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK and cash deposit. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pn999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Deposits are credited to your pn999 account promptly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. pn999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming considerations apply.
All funds deposited into your pn999 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited. If pn999 identifies a deposit from a source that does not match your registered identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account subject to review.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
pn999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, we may request additional documentation confirming the source of funds. This is a standard regulated practice and is not intended to be adversarial — it protects both parties.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more will be classified as inactive. pn999 may apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive account balances, as notified to the account holder. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to close their account formally if they no longer wish to use pn999.
All bets and wagers placed on pn999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. These rules are published on the relevant section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet. General betting rules applicable across all markets on pn999 are as follows:

In the event that a cricket match is abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified timeframe, markets will be settled in accordance with pn999's published abandonment and void rules, which are available on the platform. Where official results are not available, pn999 will apply reasonable settlement procedures and communicate these to affected players.
All casino and slot games available on pn999 are supplied by certified third-party software providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is made available to players. pn999 does not modify or influence game outcomes — all results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. pn999's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pn999 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Funds held in a verified account will be returned following closure, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal review processes.
